Porc picant cu caju / Spicy pork with cashew

Ingrediente:

200 gr muschi de porc
1 ardei gras rosu
1 morcov mic
1 bucata cat o nuca de ghimbir
100gr caju
2 ardei iuti verzi
30 gr sos de soia
30 gr suc de rosii
amidon
sos de chilli
sare
piper
ulei




Mod de preparare:

Muschiul de porc l-am taiat bucati mici si l-am dat prin sare piper si amidon, apoi l-am prajit si l-am dat deoparte.
Am taiat ardeii, morcovul si ghimbirul fasii si le-am calit alaturi de caju putin dupa care am adaugat sosul de soia, cel de rosii si cel de chilli. Cand sosul a inceput sa fiarba am adaugat carnea, am lasat sosul sa se ingoase.


Ingredients:

200gr pork fillet
1 red capsicum
1 small carrot
1 nut size piece of ginger
100 gr cashew
2 green chilli peppers
30gr soy sauce
30gr tomato sauce
starch
chilli sauce
salt 
pepper
oil

Preparation:

I sliced in small pieces the pork fillet gave salt, pepper, starch and fry it in a pan with oil. Put that away to rest. In the same pan i fried a bit slices of capsicum, carrot, ginger, chilli and caju. After i put in the pan the sauces. When the mix sauce started to boil i added the fillet and let the sauce to became sticky.
